Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: November 6, 2026

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

Road Ready Picks is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com.

What this means for you

Many links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something on Amazon, we may receive a small commission from Amazon. You do not pay anything extra. The price you see on Amazon is the same whether you use our link or not.

We tell you this because the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) expects websites to disclose any financial relationship that could affect how readers view a recommendation. We agree with that rule. You deserve to know how a site makes money before you trust its advice.

Where you will see this disclosure

• On this page.
• At the top of every article that contains affiliate links, before the first link.
• In the footer of every page on the site.
• In the bio or description of our social media profiles, and on posts that link to products.

Buttons that lead to Amazon say so clearly, for example “Check price on Amazon.” We do not hide where a link goes.

How commissions do (and do not) affect our content

• Commissions do not decide our rankings. Products are ordered with the criteria on our How We Rank page. Commission rates are not one of them, and we do not choose products based on what they pay us.
• No one can pay for a spot. Brands cannot buy a place in our lists.
• Free products are disclosed. If a brand ever sends us a product for free, the article will say so near the top.
• We include downsides. Every product section lists drawbacks and tells you when to skip it.

Prices and ratings

We do not copy prices, star ratings or product photos from Amazon onto this site. Prices change often, and Amazon’s rules only allow them to be shown through its official tools. To see the current price and customer reviews, use the “Check price on Amazon” button and read them on Amazon directly.

Other affiliate programs

At this time, Amazon is the only affiliate program we participate in. If that changes, we will list the new programs on this page.

Trademarks

Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Apple CarPlay is a trademark of Apple Inc., and Android Auto is a trademark of Google LLC. Road Ready Picks is an independent website. We are not owned by, endorsed by or affiliated with Amazon, Apple, Google, any automaker or any manufacturer we write about.
